Refund & Returns Policy

At Peptira Peptide, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products and to maintain product integrity and safety standards, all sales are generally considered final.

We may review return requests on a case-by-case basis if:

• The incorrect product was received
• The product arrived damaged
• The order was incomplete due to our error

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Product was not delivered due to our error
• Wrong item was shipped
• Product arrived significantly damaged

To request a refund, please contact sales@peptirapeptide.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photographs (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Products opened or used after delivery
• Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
